SelfMonk is a Voice App that gets you meditating in less than 4 seconds.
I really like SelfMonk as it really give focus on the idea of zen, calm and mindfulness.
Unlike other meditation apps that is promoting good living and mindfulness values, but most of the apps out there are designed with lots of features and cluttered with design mistakes.
SelfMonk on the other hand, has great simplistic design that is almost Zen like.
- Really daed simple to get mediation started.
- Not much tutorial, but that’s the strength, straight to the point
- If you use AirPods, then this app makes it even easier to get your meditation or mindfulness routine started
